PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS
1. WARRANTY TERMS :
1.1. Warranty period of the product is one year or according to product. 1.2. Extended warranty of the product is also available. 1.3. The device warranty doesn't cover by Physical damage (Body and Wire) from any reason, Damage of fire, Water logging, Forcefully wire disconnection, Electrically burnt due to high voltage or any reason, Any connection of extra wire or any type of customization from device wiring, Vehicle damage condition / accident condition and any task that damages your device or wiring. 1.4. If any kind of tampered or damaged device & wire was made on your (Customer / Client) behalf will be charged accordingly.
2. PAYMENT TERMS :
2.1 Payment terms 100% Advance. 2.2 The Company has to provide a license key to activate the services after receiving the decided amount from the customer. 2.3 All types of government taxes extra as per applicable. 2.4 Kindly make all payments in favour of Scan Moto.
3. PRODUCTS TERMS :
3.1 Any part replacement due to above mentioned points will be charged accordingly. 3.2 Products rates may differ in future. 3.3 Product prices are subject to change without any prior intimation, before sale of a product. 3.4 Device shifting / re installation will be charged accordingly. 3.5 Installation free in Local area Running 20 Km only. Conveyance extra for device repair & Check up. 3.6 Technician night stay charge & fooding as per actual per person. 3.7 Company does not take any responsibility for any malfunction of the goods due to any technical failure. 3.8 Company will authorize to disconnect the service at any time without sending any prior notice. When payment has not been paid by customer / client after the reminder and In this situation the company also can take any legal action. 3.9 Service by anyone other than authorized Company representatives shall be taken as warranty void unless it accords with Company guidelines and standards of workmanship.
4. RECHARGE TERMS :
4.1. Offer will be valid for a limited period. 4.2. Must check your Recharge / Tracking / Rental plan before purchasing the product. 4.3. Yearly tracking service / rental rates may differ in future. 4.4. Recharge / Tracking / Rental plans are different as per number of vehicles. 4.5. Recharge / Tracking / Rental plan valid for one year and one time payment only. 4.6. Recharge / Tracking / Rental plan on time to time, to avoid disconnecting the service. 4.7. Service fees are due at the time of order or on the day of renewal. All fees must be paid in full. 4.8. Company will authorize to disconnect the service at any time without sending any prior notice. When the tracking plan will expire and Payment has not been paid by customer / client after the reminder and In this situation the company also can take any legal action. 4.9. Please registered your email id for automated generated renewal message. 4.10. Please ensure your GPS device is already in working condition. If recharge has been done but the device is showing offline then in this condition company will deduct Rs-400 from your recharge amount. 4.11. Recharge amount is only for software, server and networking usage. This is not for service / repair charge. 4.12. Recharge amount is not transferable when once recharge process has been done.
5. SOFTWARE AUTHORIZATION TERMS :
5.1. Any updating of software due to above mentioned points will be charged accordingly. 5.2. Access to the mobile app and web software servers is terminated upon expiry of the Service. 5.3. Scan Moto reserves the right to withdraw / modify the offer at their discretion. 5.4. We may update, modify, enhance, suspend or discontinue the software platform and mobile app experiences at any time including, without limitation, automatically delivering new versions or features to your products, applications, software and services when they become available. 5.5. All Image / Drawings / Documents in the website are subject to change without any prior intimation. 5.6. Software Platform Updating / Images / Theme / Settings / Options are subject to change without any prior intimation. 5.7. Company does not take any responsibility for any malfunction of software due to any technical failure.
6. NETWORK POLICY :
6.1. All types of tracking are depending on Network and Signals. (Internet SIM-GPRS / GSM / GPS). 6.2. All types of Networking and Signals are outsourcing. (SIM GSM / GPRS). 6.3. We are not a network provider. (SIM-GSM / GPRS). 6.4. The customer is being informed that in the GPS device they are using, there is a SIM card. 6.5. SIM is used only for GPS devices in which only the internet is used. Incase of any type of call or SMS, the company will not be held responsible, the customer himself will be responsible or his own bill will also be decided. What you will be told by the company. 6.6. The responsibility of the SIM to be installed in the GPS device by the company is solely to the customer / dealer because after the SIM is given the company has no rights over that. 6.7. When any type of SIM is misused, no responsibility will be taken by the company. The dealers / customer will be responsible for his own SIM and the information given by the company will be given to the police. 6.8. The SIM which is installed on your device is only on the name of the company and it can not be transferred to another person or other company (customer’s company) name. 6.9. The company has the full right to block the service of any SIM or the customer's service. 6.10. All this is being given to the customer to use on rent. This SIM has been used only for internet usage. In case of service closure, it is the responsibility of the customer or dealer to stop the SIM and provide the information to the company that his service is closed. 6.11. In the event of non-use of the service, the customer will be provided information to the company and will be called to lock the SIM. 6.12. If you do not use the service, you will have to return to the SIM Company given to you. 6.13. Once the SIM is blocked, it can not be restarted or you have to do another.
7. CONTRACT POLICY :
7.1. If the contract / Plan is terminated before the time by the customer, then in this condition we (Scan Moto) have the authorised to take a penalty from our client or customer “per device Rs-3000”. (eg: XYZ Customer’s Firm, Company / Person).*
8. DECLARATION :
8.1. Customers are responsible for your own use of the GPS software and mobile app platform and all information that you associate with them. We expressly disclaim all responsibility and warranties (express or implied) related to the accuracy, completeness, safety, reliability, or lawfulness of information provided by the GPS software platform. By using the GPS software platform Experiences, you acknowledge that your use of the Tracksolid software platform Experiences is at your own risk. 8.2. These Terms of Sale are subject to revision at any time and hence buyers are requested to carefully read these Terms of Sale and always keep in touch with our sales team.
